Gotobalivillas.com is only as agent relaters which works between its guest and all villas listed.

The contract villa rates entered act is between the owner of the villa listed and the guest.

Guests have any absolute right to choose any villa where they want to stay that gotobalivillas.com offered.

Gotobalivillas.com will assist carefully the guests in answering any guest question and guest inquiry with top of services so that meet with our high standard.

Variable rates will be applied according to the season for which villa listed that you have reserved.

Gotobalivillas.com confirms a booking based on availability of the villa listed and is only responsible with the confirmed reservation. All other activities done in the villa which are not through and confirmed by gotobalivillas.com are out of gotobalivillas.com responsibility.

Gotobavillas.com will ensure and responsible in visiting the confirmed villa booking to make sure everything in order before guest arrival.

Any problem happen in the villa that causing from villa itself guest have absolutely right to report any complain to the manager in-charge/management of the villa straight away. If satisfaction can not be obtained, the guest should then report the matter at once to gotobalivillas.com.

Gotobalivillas.com will carefully assist the guest and villas management/manager to get the best and fair solution for both parties.

Gotobalivillas.com is not responsible with any insurance, inclusive for any injury happen, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by arising out of the use or condition of the villa property and its appearances, plumbing, gas, electrical and others.

Stay in Villa

All villa listed have a different minimum length of staying, different period of season (low season, high season and peak season), different benefit of stay and different style of villa services.

Most of villas have a same role for the number of people to stay in each villa category but some is not:

Example:

1 bedroom villa maximum stay for 2 adults and 1 child

2 bedroom villa maximum stay for 4 adults and 2 children

But all will be clear mentioned on the booking confirmation.

Some villas have a price with breakfast inclusion based on the standard villa category and some is not.

Should guest have any specific order of breakfast arrangement, guests have a right to give advanced information on booking confirmation to gotobalivillas.com for the arrangement.

All villas are providing staffs to assist the guest during the stay.

Guest Registration

In accordance with the law of Indonesia all guest must be registered at the authorities (police department) within 24 hours of arrival at the destination. Some villa will ask a photocopy of each guest’s passport and some villas are only asking the guest to fill the form depending the villa’s policy and procedure.

Rates

Rates are quoted in United States dollars but some villas also may have a Domestic rate. Those rates are valid based on each guest nationality.

Rates of villa are categorized in High Season, Low Season and Peak Season which is clearly stated in each villa has a different date of season period.

Tax and service charge is applicable on each villa rate.

Payment

To secure or confirm the booking, a deposit 50% of the total amount of villa rental must be received by gotobalivilas.com or to each villa that will be confirmed, with range time in within 3 days after a confirmation booking/invoice has been given otherwise will be automatically released/canceled.

Balanced of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival dates, or immediately if the booking is made 30 days prior to arrival, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee the booking or full payment is required within working days or in cash on arrival whichever comes first.

To secure last minutes booking, guarantee of credit card number is required with copy of front and back your credit card and copy of your passport.

Payments are to be paid by wire transfer in Rupiah or in US Dollars and by credit cards.

Payment by Traveler’s Cheques or personal cheque will not acceptable.

The transfer must be received NET as stated on the invoice, all bank fee including fee for intermediate banks are on guest account.

Payment by credit card is will be done through Sign On File (SOF) method. Guest must fill and sign the “Credit Card Authorization “form. The charges will process in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by law with recent domestic exchange rate(of the day) and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollars. Some villa will definitely charge for credit card payment for various amounts from 3% to 3.5% of the total amount of the invoice. But some villa is not applicable.

Change of Booking

Administration fee of USD$ 50 will apply for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued.

Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by both the owners of the villa and gotobalivillas.com

Changes can not necessarily be accommodated in all cases.

Cancellations

All deposit payments are non-refundable. Each villa has different time of cancellation. For some villas balanced payment is non refundable, however some villas will refund balance payment which has been paid less one night at confirmed rate if the guest cancel the reservation at least 30 nights prior to arrival or based on agree discussion with the villa owner.

The cancellation must be notice in writing to gotobalivillas.com

Gotobalivillas.com is not responsible if guest cancel their reservation upon arrival or just refuse to stay at the confirmed and fully paid villa with any reason. However gotobalivillas.com will assists in between the guest and villa owner.

Gotobalivillas.com is pleased to help the guest to find other villa accommodation but all payment in the new found accommodation is on personal guest account.

Gotobalivillas.com is not responsible if guest shorten their holiday period with any reason prior to arrival date or upon arrival or within the holiday period and will not refund the rest of payment.

Telephone Usage

Each villa listed has a different policy for using a telephone line in villa. Some villas will permit or rate is inclusive the phone usage for the local calls, some villas will provide a hand phone except for calling card charged on guest account.

Airport Transfer

All confirmed booking are provided with complimentary one time airport pick up and transfer out with air-conditioned van.

Car

Car services or rental and other tours are able to arranged which all information can be found at website www.gotobalivillas.com

Event and Parties

The majority of villas have a rules governing their usage for events, parties and oftentimes a surcharge of up to the equivalent of a night’s rental price applicable. The noise will be allowed up to 12 midnight, in this case the permission must be got from local community or Banjar with extra surcharge applicable.

Damage and Loses

Gotobalivillas.com is not responsible for any damage or loses because that effected to the guest. The guest undertakes to pay and responsible for any damage or loses incurred during their stay. The villa owner reserves the right to responses the property if guest have caused excessive damage.
